Information used for accounts and shopping

You may shop and place an order as a guest. When you register, we use your name, email address, and password for account management and authentication.

We use cart selections, quantities, and selected currency to maintain your cart and prepare an order. At checkout, we collect your email address, recipient name, phone number, country, state or province, city, street address, and postal code as required by the address form.

We retain information associated with orders, including products, quantities, prices, currency, delivery details, and order and payment status. Information you choose to provide when contacting us is handled through the contact channel you use.

How information is used

Personal information is used for account management, order fulfillment, payment, delivery, customer support, and necessary security maintenance. Cart and checkout information is used to calculate and record your order and support its handling. Payment references and results are used to match payments to orders and investigate payment problems.

Payments

Payments are handled through FuturePay’s external checkout. To create a payment session, this store sends your email address, delivery country, order and payment identifiers, payment amount, currency, and the store information needed to return you to your order.

The payment provider collects the payment details required on its checkout. This store’s application does not collect or store your full payment card number or card security code. We record payment identifiers and payment results needed to reconcile your order.

Cookies and browser storage

This storefront uses necessary cookies for login, cart access, guest order access, and currency selection. It does not currently enable analytics or advertising tracking.
